General Policy

1. The rates are valid at all times. If you have other preferred dates, please send us an inquiry and we will get back to you.
2. All tours include pick-up and drop-off as specified.
3. All city tours are conducted with licensed tour guides and professional, licensed drivers.
4. Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
5. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon customer request, subject to availability.
6. We do not hold any confirmed hotel reservations until your booking is finalized. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Quoted prices may change based on actual availability.
7. The rates are not valid during special occasions or events. Surcharges may apply in addition to the package cost for the requested period. We will inform you of any such costs at the time of booking or before confirming your package.
8. All outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled or rescheduled without prior notice.

Refund Policy

1. For cancellations made 5 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be applied.
2. For cancellations made 1 day before check-in, a 20% refund will be applied.
3. After the check-in date, a 10% refund will be applied if you have not checked in.
4. After check-in, no refund will be provided.
5. Refunds will be processed to the customer’s account within 90 days.

Restrictions Policy

1. During the trip, it is strictly prohibited to carry sharp weapons, firearms, drugs, or any other items that may endanger life.
2. The content restrictions on this website are solely related to the travel tour business.
3. Our services are generally available online 24/7, except during website repairs, enhancements, or maintenance.

Delivery Policy

1. For each confirmed order, we will send you an invoice and voucher via email containing a description of the product, your order details, and payment confirmation.
2. You are responsible for printing and keeping the invoices and vouchers we send.
3. The confirmation you receive from us after placing an order and before making payment indicates that the purchase transaction process is underway.
